6.1 You can change your mind and withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You have this option from the day you or a person you select (who is not the courier) physically receives the items. To cancel, simply let us know clearly - handoforigin@gmail.com

6.2 What happens if you cancel - If you decide to cancel, let us know clearly und send us the order back. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Please return the items within 3 days after you have informed us of your cancellation per Email. If you send them back before that time, everything is fine.

We will receive your declaration of cancellation or the items back. We use the same payment method that you used for your original purchase unless we agree otherwise. we will refund you also within fourteen days the full amount you paid us.

We may wait until we receive the items back and inspect them thoroughly before issuing a refund. We inspect them for any signs of wear and tear.

Notice:

You are responsible for any depreciation of the items if you have used or treated them in a way that is not necessary for an understanding of their nature.
